CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS: Any cancelations/ rescheduling within 48hrs will result in being charged 50% of service booked. (Communicate if any emergency has occurred). If repeated CANCELLATION or NO SHOW will no longer be allowed to book If sick please be considerate & RESCHEDULE/CANCEL. If failure you will be sent home if so. DEPOSIT: $25 desposit due for new clients when booking-This amount will go towards your total the day of your appointment. It will be automatically charged to your card when booking! NOTE: For new clients if you cancel or no show 50% will be charged additionally to the deposit. NAILS: If you need a soak off please book accordingly. Foreign soak offs are also available since i don’t work over other people’s work. LATE POLICY: Please communicate if you will be running late for appointment. 15 Minutes late= Appointment canceled this will result in cancellation fee. GUEST: To maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment in the studio, no guests are allowed during appointments. This includes friends, family members, partners, and children. Only if guest is also getting a service done that same day.
